Payment, Returns, & Exchanges:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  

Return/Exchange Policy:
Sensational Scents does not offer a refund on any of our products. Let us know within 2 days of placing your order and we will replace the items. If more than 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. No exchanges or refunds provided on sale items. 

Schedule Pickup for Products:

Customers can place an order online for pick-up at our location in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. 

Once the order is received, Sensational Scents will send a text to the customer stating the following:

1. The order has been received. 

2. If the items are in stock. If the items are in stock, Sensational Scents will set up the best day/ time for the customer to come and pick up their order.

3. If the items are NOT in stock, Sensational Scents will inform the customer when the items will be ready and from there will set up a pickup day and time.  

Please note most of our products are made to order. Please allow a 7 to 10 day window for the order to be completed.

Shipping:

We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. 

Free shipping is offered on any order over $100.00. Orders on the East Coast take 3-6 business days and orders to the West Coast take 4-8 business days. 

Items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. 

Products:

Due to the nut ingredients found in our shea body butter, we recommend reviewing the ingredients before making a purchase. If you are not sure about applying the body butter to your face, please first apply a small portion on your body. We use several different carrier oils in our body oil and body scrub. Please review all of the ingredients. Please discontinue use immediately if you have an allergic reaction and contact your doctor. 

We do not test our products on animals.

Our products do not contain parabens or sulfates. 

We strongly recommend you read the caution label on the bottom of each soy candle. Never leave a candle unattended. 

Room sprays and scented oils are used to freshen a room in a home or office space. Scented oils are used with an oil warmer or burner.
